Carter Lee Wiseman, age 17, of Middleville, entered the arms of Jesus and is now free of his earthly burdens, on Sunday, May 16, 2021.  He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Bill and Melissa; brothers, Austin and Layton; grandparents, Pam and Dan Christie, Bill and Maryann Wiseman; one aunt and uncle on the Christie side; three aunts and two uncles on the Wiseman side; many loving cousins.  Carter radiated light and love and could soften the hardest hearts.  His bright blue eyes told his story, his belly giggle was from heaven and everyone wanted his eye lashes.  Carter loved hearing, "Oh those lashes!"  He taught compassion, kindness, courage, and strength to all those around him.  Carter was part of the HPE family.  He loved people and was able to touch the lives of those he had never met.  The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, May 22, from 10 - 11 AM at Peace Reformed Church, 6950 Cherry Valley Rd, Middleville, MI 49333, where the service will take place afterward at 11 AM, with Pastor Ryan Kimmel officiating.  Interment will take place in Coman Cemetery.  In honor of Carter, memorial contributions may be made to Families for Hope, Lincoln Development Center or Pine Grove Learning Center.
