Margaret M. Grondman, aged 90, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, July 3, 2021. Margaret was one of the original three nieces on the Children's Bible Hour; she also sang in the Grotenhuis trio. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Sr.; and daughter-in-law, Janice Grondman. She will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Bill (Holly) Grondman, Scott (Deb) Grondman; grandchildren, Lisa (Gavin) Bergquist, Julie Grondman, Brittany (Mike) VanManen, Nathan Grondman, Aaron (Shantel) VanderGalien, Audrey (Ben) Habeck, Alyssa (Tony) Price; eight great grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Williams, Joyce Borduin; sister-in-law, Marge Grotenhuis; brother-in-law, Wayne Watkins; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Rivertown Assembly of God Church, 3260 52nd Street, SW; with Pastor Keith Bergquist officiating. Interment will be in Winchester Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Margaret may be made to Kindred Hospice. The family will greet visitors on Wednesday, July 7, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th Street, SE.
