Forest D. Mutchler, age 91, of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Forest was born in Comstock Park, Michigan in 1930. He honorably served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. Forest will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by those close to him, including his devoted friends and caregivers. There will be a time of visitation beginning at 3:30 PM on Friday, October 22, at Stroo Funeral Home, where the Kent County Veterans Honor Guard will render military honors at 4:00 PM. Forest will be laid to rest at Fort Custer National Cemetery.
