Donna J. Gilchrist, age 71, of Kentwood, Michigan, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, November 14, 2021. She was happily retired from Amway after 25 years of service. She enjoyed being a part of the church, going for walks, painting, and spending time with friends and family. Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Violet Mullins, and her husband, John Gilchrist. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Mike and Patti Fitzgerald, Shawn and Anne Gilchrist; her grandchildren, Eric and Allison VandeVusse, Michael VandeVusse, Adam and Kimberly Fitzgerald, Nora Fitzgerald, Talon Gilchrist, Triston Gilchrist, Brady Gilchrist; four great grandchildren; and her sister, Shirley Waber. A service celebrating Donna's life will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 19, at Kentwood Christian Church, 5841 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, with Pastor Patrick Gill officiating. A luncheon will follow the service at church.
