Imogene "Jean" Burke, age 94, of Wyoming, MI, went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, June 22, 2022.  Jean enjoyed gardening and baking.  Her Christmas cookies were a family favorite, with everyone looking forward to them year after year.  Jean retired from Meijer Thrifty Acres after several years of service.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Arville.  Jean will be dearly missed and remembered by her children, Clifford (Nancy) Burke, Brenda (Tim) Hamilton; grandchildren, Jennifer (Dale) Fulwider, Laura Barnes (Joe Welniak); great-granddaughter, Eleanor; dear friends, Ronnie and Judy Lane; many nieces and nephews.  The family welcomes visitors on Tuesday, June 28, from 6 to 8 PM, at Stroo Funeral Home, also prior to the service on Wednesday, June 29, from 10 to 11 AM.  The funeral service will be on Wednesday, June 29, at 11 AM at Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St. SE, Grand Rapids, 49508.  Ryan Quanstrom will officiate.  Interment will be in Kent Memorial Gardens.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or Faith Hospice.
