Harold J. Mulder, age 87, of Caledonia, MI, went to be with his Lord on Tuesday, August 2, 2022.  Harold proudly served in the U.S. Army for 2 years.  He was co-owner of Cascade Excavating Company.  Harold is survived by his wife of 37 years, Marian J. (Fryling) Mulder; children, Scott (Pat) Mulder, Marguerite (Dave) Herrema, Rosemary VerStrate, Jayne (Rodger) Hendges; step-children, Lee Dobbs, Steve (Deb) Dobbs, Mark (Barb) Dobbs, Sara (Al) Veen; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; sister Marcia (Larry) Gehl.  Preceding Harold in death is his wife, Margaret (VanEnk) Mulder; grandson, Thomas Jay Mulder; sons-in-law, Keith Cook, James VerStrate; brothers, William Mulder, Richard Mulder; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Norma Fryling.  The visitation and funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 10, at Lakeside Community Church, 6201 Whitneyville Ave SE, Alto, MI, 49302.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 10 - 11 AM.  Service will begin at 11 AM, with Pastor David Adams officiating.  Interment will be in Cascade Township Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to South Christian High School Equipping Hands and Hearts or Interim Hospice.
