Richard Howard Ailes, age 92, passed away peacefully from congestive heart failure on Sunday, August 28, 2022. He was a devoted and loving husband (to his late wife, Patty, of 62 years), a father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend. He served as a Lieutenant in the Wyoming Fire Department for 35 years, following his service in the U.S. Navy for 6 years as an air traffic controller. It was his passion to protect and serve his community. Dick loved nothing more than spending time with his family, watching an old fashion western movie, and traveling the U.S. in search of the next best place to gamble. He will be greatly missed by his three children and grandchildren. Per his wishes to remember his life with nothing but love, joy and happiness in our hearts, we will not be having a funeral service at this time. "Don't do anything he wouldn't do".
