Patrick Lee Bush, age 80, of Grand Rapids, went home to meet his Jesus on Monday, October 24, 2022. Patrick worked as a Pharmacist for over 50 years. He loved his family, but he loved his Jesus most. He was a devoted father to his daughter, Jill, and enjoyed being an active member of Unity Reformed Church, where he served as an elder, deacon, and Sunday School teacher. He was an avid gardener and enjoyed golfing. Preceding him in death were his parents, Earl and Mildred Bush; a brother, Lon Bush; and a daughter, Jillaine Joy DeHaan.  Patrick will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 43 years, Marilyn; brother and sister, Brian (Pat) Farwell, Sally (Al) Stoepker; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Pete (Helene) DeKam, Jo Burgenmeyer, Jane Boehm, Will (Kathy) DeKam, Glenda (Charlie) Brouwer, Ivan (Ebun) DeKam, Judy (Bob) DeBoer, Shirley (Gord) Sterk, Lorraine DeKam; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 5, from 11 am to 12 pm at Unity Reformed Church, 4450 Poinsettia SE, where the memorial service will begin at 12 noon. Rev. Wayne Otten and Rev. Mark Bergsma will officiate. Refreshments will follow the service. Interment will be in Floral View Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be given to Unity Reformed Church or to a charity of your choice.
