Gary E. Hagen, age 69, of Kentwood, was called to his heavenly home on Saturday, November 12, 2022.  Gary was gifted with a great sense of humor, had the ability to make everyone feel important, and had a deep faith in God. When he wasn't watching the Detroit Tigers, he was either admiring classic cars or jamming on one of his many musical instruments. His parents, Donald and Donna Hagen; twin sisters, Cheryl and Carol Hagen; brothers-in-law, Duane Blackport and Bob Freiburger; preceded him in death. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Shaun (Brittany) Hagen, Shannon Hagen; sisters, Debbie Blackport (Gord) Oeverman, Jan (Ed) Thayer, Lisa (Brian) Potter, Marsha Freiburger; brother, Craig Hagen; and many nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Gary's life will be held at 5:30 PM, Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at Kentwood Christian Church, 5841 Kalamazoo Ave. SE; with Rev. Patrick Gill, officiating; followed by a time of visitation with the family.
