Nick Conner, age 83, of Grand Rapids, MI, passed away with his wife at his side, on Monday, November 14, 2022.  Nick served his country in the Army as a pharmacist, stationed both in Germany and the US. He served his community as an election worker and trail patrol, and served in churches he attended as an elder and deacon. At Ada Bible Church, Nick served on the security team. He was preceded in death by his son, Eddie Conner. Nick will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his wife, Kathleen, whom he loved and adored; children, Stewart (Kathy) Conner, Zachary (Suzette) Conner, Tobey Danielle (Matthew) Hamilton, Lucas (Kayla Wills) Conner, Lisa (Michael) Wright, Chip (Melissa) Osmolinski; 12 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and his sister, Sandra (Hank) Landi. Also surviving are Kathleen's siblings, Renee Vis, Andy Vis, Evert Vis, Jan (Colleen) Vis, Pearl Vis, and Harvey Vis. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at the Kentwood Campus of Ada Bible Church, 2045 68th St. SE, Caledonia, MI 49316. The family will greet visitors prior to the service from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. A luncheon will be served at church following the service.
