Andrew J. Varney "AJ", age 87, of Byron Center, MI, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, March 30, 2023. AJ enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; and son, Gregory. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Rickey (Carole) Varney, Denese (Mike) Pettee, Ron (Cindy) Varney; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. The family will greet friends and relatives on Monday, April 10, from 1 - 3 pm at Stroo Funeral Home (1095 68th St. SE) where the funeral service will begin at 3 pm. Rev. Brian Cederquist will officiate. Interment will be in Winchester Cemetery.
