Marion Sarah Memmelaar, age 91, of Grand Rapids, MI, formerly of North
Haledon and Toms River, NJ, passed into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, May
9, 2023. She enjoyed being a librarian and exercised her faith through a
Christian card ministry. Most important to her, she was a loving wife,
mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Lovingly remembering Marion
is her husband of 72 years, Bern; children, Bernie Jr. (Pam) Memmelaar,
Edward (Anna) Memmelaar, Donna (Philip) Michaelson, Robin (Gary)
Stadtlander, Todd (Dale) Memmelaar, 17 grandchildren, and 24 great
grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Interment will be in Fairlawn Memorial Cemetery (NJ). Memorial
contributions may be made to Eastern Christian Schools.
