Marian J. Dobbs-Mulder (Fryling), age 88, of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, September 2, 2023. Marian will be lovingly remembered by her children, Lee Dobbs, Steve (Deb) Dobbs, Mark (Barb) Dobbs, Sara (Al) Veen; stepchildren, Scott (Pat) Mulder, Marguerite (Dave) Herrema, Rosemary VerStrate, Jayne (Rodger) Hendges; 13 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Ken Dobbs; sisters-in-law, Judy Mulder, Marcia Gehl; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husbands, James Dobbs, Harold Mulder; grandson, Thomas Jay Mulder; sons-in-law, Keith Cook, James VerStrate, brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Norma Fryling. Marian was a charter member of Immanuel C.R.C.  The family will greet visitors on Thursday, September 7, 2023 from 10 to 10:45 am at Caledonia Christian Reformed Church, 9957 Cherry Valley Ave., SE, Caledonia, MI; prior to the funeral services beginning at 11:00 am, with Rev. R. Scott Greenway, officiating.  Interment will be in Pine Hill Cemetery.  Contributions in memory of Marian may be made to South Christian High School Equipping Hands and Hearts.
