Terry E. Rabideau, age 75, of Byron Center, MI, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024.  Terry proudly served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam where he was awarded the Silver Star, Bronze Star, and Purple Heart.  He enjoyed helping others and retired from Steelcase after 38 years of faithful service.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Noma; parents, Eugene and Maxine Rabideau; five sisters; and four brothers.  Lovingly remembering Terry are his children, Shawn (Robert) Eldridge, Terry (Cindy) Rabideau; grandchildren, Jacob (Ashlyn) Eldridge, Jenna Rabideau, Camron (Melia) Rabideau, Macklyn Rabideau; longtime friend and companion, Margaret Fouse; sisters, Florence (John) Kerley, Lynn (Terry) French; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Karen Smith, Lea Victory, Harry (Beth) Smith, Vicky (David) Brunges; many nieces and nephews. The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, May 3, from 3 to 6 pm and on Saturday, May 4, from 10 to 11 am at the funeral home.  The memorial service will be held 11:00 am, on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th Street, SE, Grand Rapids, MI. Interment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Disabled American Veterans or Talons Out Honor Flight.
