Ruth Ann Wagstaff, age 99, of Grand Rapids, and Traverse City, MI, went to be with her Lord on Monday, August 26, 2024. Ruth was always willing to help others. She enjoyed traveling, golfing and working on puzzles and word searches. A wonderful cook, baker and homemaker, Ruth loved taking care of her family. She will be deeply missed by her children, Sheila (Robert) Klaassen, Sharon Kinney, Sandra (John) Walter, Janet (Ron) Zick, Robert (Norma) Wagstaff, David Wagstaff, Julie (John) Hegg; daughter-in-law, Patricia Wagstaff; 15 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; sister, Mary Sanders, and many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Heber; son, Richard Wagstaff; and son-in-law, Brian Kinney. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am on Monday, October 7, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 2750 Burton St. SE, with Father Jake Zamaitis as celebrant.
