Nancy Ellen Kamps, age 84, of Grandville, MI passed away peacefully to be in the presence of her Lord and Savior in the morning of Thursday, February 6, 2025.  She lived her life always trusting in God's promises to her and His saving love for her.  Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who showed her love for her family.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin; her sister, Pat; and many of her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.  She will be remembered by her children and their spouses, Mike and Dawn Kamps, Steve and Judy Kamps, Patricia and John Ophoff, Nathan and Jill Kamps, John and Laura Kamps; 31 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; sister, Kathleen Leab; brother-in-law, Garry Gras; sisters-in-law, Myra Kamps, and Esther Kamps; many nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 10, at 7:00 pm at Southwest Protestant Reformed Church, 4875 Ivanrest Ave. SW, Wyoming, 49418, with Rev. David Noorman officiating.  Relatives and friends may meet with the family from 6 - 7 pm at the church prior to the service on Monday.  Following the service there will be a time of gathering and refreshments.  Memorial contributions may be made to Covenant Christian High School.  2 Timothy 4:7-8, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith; Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing."
