Mary Miller, age 92, of Grand Rapids, MI went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, May 14, 2025.  She enjoyed sewing and writing letters.  Mary loved having people over to her house and her gift of hospitality was shown in the way she served others.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester "Bill"; grandson, Trent Wellington; sister and brother-in-law, Helen (Robert) Sabin; brother, Donald Welch.  Mary will be dearly missed by her children, Paul (Deby) Miller, Deborah (Michael) Cypher, Katheryn Miller, Mark (Judy) Miller, John (Kelle) Miller; nine grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Shirley Welch; brother-in-law, Thomas (Judy) Miller; many nieces and nephews.  The family welcomes relatives and friends to Stroo Funeral Home, 1095 68th St. SE, Grand Rapids, 49508, on Thursday, May 22, for visitation from 3:30 - 5 PM with the service following at 5 PM.  Her son, Pastor Mark Miller will officiate.  The service will be live-streamed and can be viewed by going to www.stroofuneralhome.com and clicking on the red “watch live” tab.  Interment will be in Garfield Park Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Mission in Eagle Lake, FL.
